Sud America, West Coast ! After our epic crossing of the Andies, we make it along the desert to Chiclayo... And tomorrow: Trujillio !
On this picture it looks hot, but remember we are from Amazonia where we had a nice 35°C. "Proceed Final, Weather at Trujillio, wind Calm, Temperature 13°C " What ?! 13°C ?? Nice temperature drop, across the Andies: more than 20° colder due to the combinason of the
desert and the cold waters of the Humboldt current...We have got to get some hot cloths now !
De l'autre coté des Andes, la côte Ouest du continent américain... Sous nos ailes, nous avons maintenant le Pacifique. Pour Clémentine, cela fait un petit peu bizarre : "finalement l'Atlantique, c'est à coté de la maison ..."
Et puis il fait diablement froid, contrairement à ce que l'ont pourrait croire en regardant cette photo très trompeuse : nous avons un timide 13°C, c'est 20°C plus froid qu'à Iquitos ! Et nous qui avions jeté nos pulls !
