This is what Red-Cloud Team, Led by Jonathan Cloux, managed to work out ! Folloing an original Idea from Clem and Adrien in 2009, developed by a joint team from EPITA and École centrale de Lyon, Red Cloud is doing just that: turning a big photo dataset into a workable DEM, and even more: as an extra, you get a 3D KML file of your model, simplified enough for you to be able to sent it by mail ! Soon, we will release on this website, the Best 3D models that come out of our modeling work around the world, including Surtsey Island (Iceland), and Krakatoa Volcano (Indonesia).

Et voici la dernière release de Red-Cloud, le logiciel gratuit que nous avons développé avec une équipe mixte d'étudiants de l'Ecole Centrale de Lyon et de l'Epita, qui transforme automatiquement en modele numérique de terrain vos photographies aériennes. Ce logiciel est un bac à sable pour tester de nouvelles idées dans ce domaine. Une innovation à notre crédit: un modèle simplifié est généré au format KML, directement lisible par Google earth, et pouvant être envoyé par mail !
